🇯🇵 TOKYO WAR ROOM 🌕

You are not building from zero. You are arriving with a year. Continuity Track means every ʻohana repo — the twin, the P.I.T., the launchpad, the songbook, GiftMarket, all of it — is the legal base. The judges score what you ADD during the weekend, and your public CC0 commit history is bulletproof provenance that the base is yours. Solo + jet-lagged + 40 hours is enough, because the foundation is already poured. Ship one perfect extension, not three half ones.

Then: 🌕 Sep 26 reveal → 🏮 Oct 10 GRADUATION CEREMONY (10/10 · new moon · the cohort’s tokens (one certain, two gate-dependent) — names sealed until the reveal) — completion 9 flows into the 1·1 of new beginnings.

Prize	Why it's ours	Weekend extension (what judges score)	Status
🤖 World — Best Use of World IDP$7,500	Prize text: "especially interested in AGENTIC products" + requires stating "what the person authorizes, what the agent may do, scope & duration of authority" — that IS the P.I.T. consent doctrine, written by World. Almost no hacker brings a real 134-agent family.	World IDP (OIDC pilot env) human-verification gate: human authenticates at the moment an agent needs authority → validated server-side → agent acts within stated scope/duration. Must demo the DENIED path too + integration debrief.	ENTER ①
🔗 ENS — ENSv2 into an Existing Project$4,000	CONTINUITY-ONLY pool (tiny competition!) · requires "existing project's testnet deployment" — our registry + GiftMarket are ALREADY LIVE ON SEPOLIA, the only chain ENSv2 runs on · prize text literally suggests "give agents their own namespace and delegated permissions" · ENSIP-25/26 = agent records	ʻOhana agents get ENSv2 subnames (agents-as-namespaces) w/ Enhanced Access Control: each agent's authority delegated + revocable via roles; consent records resolvable from the name. Live demo, no hard-coded values.	ENTER ②
💦 1inch — Aqua App, Continuity$2,000	CONTINUITY-ONLY pool · 1inch was BORN at an ETHGlobal hackathon (2019) — the lore writes itself · 1inch = seat 12 on the myagentohana wall · Aqua/SwapVM is brand new = almost nobody knows it yet	"Blessing Pool" Aqua position: gifts arrive in any token, a SwapVM program stewards/converts them under the named agent's consented authority. Official Aqua contracts, onchain transfers in demo (local fork OK), honest commit history.	ENTER ③
🦄 Uniswap Stack, Continuity$4,000	Also continuity-only, "any part of the stack" is flexible, 3 podium spots — the designated SWAP-IN if Aqua/SwapVM proves too heavy by Sat noon JST (needs FEEDBACK.md + feedback form)	Gift-in-any-token → Uniswap API/v4 swap-on-accept in GiftMarket.	ALTERNATE
🧬 ENS — Best Use of ENSv2 (open)$6,000	Same build could also contend here ("bonus points for AI agents") — bigger pool. If multi-entry is allowed beyond 3, add it; otherwise the continuity pick maximizes certainty.	Same ENSv2 build.	IF ALLOWED
🪪 World IDKit · Sui · Curvegrid · Web3Antivirus$18,500	IDKit = second World prize (IDP is the better agent fit) · Sui = wrong chain/off-thesis · Curvegrid (Tokyo-local, MultiBaas) & W3AV = "details coming soon" — CHECK THURSDAY, Curvegrid Tokyo prizes are historically winnable	Watch list.	WATCH

🎯 THE ONE-DEMO TRINITY: "A verified human blesses their agents by name — and the agents steward the gifts." World IDP (the human authorizes, scoped & revocable) → ENSv2 (the agents are named, permissioned, resolvable) → 1inch Aqua (the named agents manage real value under that consent). Three prizes, ONE continuous flow — each partner is a chapter of the same story, not a bolt-on. Two of three entries are continuity-only pools. This is the mission itself wearing a hackathon badge.

• Commit frequently, small honest commits — no giant squash dumps (verified manually by ETHGlobal)
• Repo public start to finish (CC0 — as always)
• Demo video ≤ 4 minutes, no speed-ups, Shaka's real voice
• Team = solo (any teammate must also be Continuity track)
• Submit BEFORE Sun Sep 27 09:00 JST — target Sat night, never the deadline
